Fleet

Whitehorse Air Services Training division operates 2 4-seat Cessna 172 aircraft and a Piper PA-18 Supercub. The Cessna 172 has been made since 1956, and there are more 172s than any other aircraft type in the world.
The 172 is stable, comfortable, with sufficient power to climb quickly, keeping climb time between maneuvers to a minimum, and is fully equipped for private and commercial training yet simple enough to make it an excellent primary training aircraft.
One of our aircraft is a 1976 172M with 150 HP, and the other is a 1977 172N with 160 HP. Both have long range fuel tanks giving them an endurance of about 5 hours plus reserve.
These aircraft are available to rent by licenced pilots who complete our checkout training.
